I began weight lifting as a way to combat my asthma and put some size on myself for football back in the early 80's. I've been blessed with the results and entered my first contest in 2009. I own ironworks gym and am also acertified trainer and my desire is to help others achieve their goals as I have.

Dondi’s principles are basic. Turn the body into a machine, and the rest will follow. You can always hone your innate skills to be a better athlete; however, without a combination of strength, power, flexibility and core conditioning, your skills will remain average at best. It is Dondi’s goal to completely ruin the concept of complacency. She wants her clients to understand that it is the mind that is weak, not the body. She will make you both mentally and physically strong so that you will ONLY proceed to the next level.
Originally, I began weight training with a personal goal to compete in bodybuilding. I competed in the NABF, all natural bodybuilding. I found that my joy was helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. I've been a personal trainer for 15 years and in keeping with my interest in overall wellness, I attended The Florida College of Natural Health and became a medical massage therapist. My success is helping others achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
